Farmhouse Apartment

This was our first project with Nikola and Nataša Minjović and marked the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship.

An interesting aspect of this Farmhouse Apartment project was that during our initial design pitch, they did not approve of any of the ideas presented. This challenge led us to start from scratch, which provided an opportunity to deeply understand our clients’ needs. As a result, we developed a final design that was meticulously implemented, just as shown in the 3D visualizations. Custom lighting fixtures were created above the dining tables based on our drawings, crafted with the expertise of Nataša’s uncle.

For the Farmhouse Apartment, our clients desired a cozy and warm atmosphere with natural and earthy tones. We selected dark woods and beige undertones for most of the elements, ensuring a harmonious and inviting space. The kitchen exudes a vintage charm, while the children’s room stands out with its unique design. The bedroom features a sailing ship theme, complete with a double bed styled like a ship’s deck and beds in the shape of cabins for the children. The color scheme integrates blue, wood, and beige, enhancing the nautical feel.

The apartment also boasts a large backyard that extends the length of the space. This area was designed with the same emphasis on comfort and leisure, reflecting the trust and mutual respect developed throughout the project. The Farmhouse Apartment embodies our commitment to creating spaces that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal, making it a truly memorable project.
